Part of the Second Nature Collection, Do The Twist is so much fun, and so much blue! I am slowly edging back towards primary colours as can be seen in many of the Second Nature pieces. This piece leans heavily on blues, greens and yellows (honestly quite a monochromatic palette for me). I thought about adding a red pop in this piece, but there was something so serene about keeping the tones primarily cool and blue. I also love the carefree elements in this piece; there are many twists and turns of the brush that may come across as bubbly and squiggly. It is quirky and carefree, but happy all at once.

36 × 36 inch original framed acrylic painting by Kayla Eykelboom. The finish of this piece is gloss, and it is float-mounted in an oak frame with clear finish. The artwork comes signed, varnished for UV-protection, and wired (ready to hang). Certificate of Authenticity included.
